Notification of Servicer Defaults. If Seller should discover that, for any reason whatsoever, any entity responsible to Seller by contract for managing or servicing any such Purchased Mortgage Loan has failed to perform fully Seller’s obligations under this Agreement or any of the obligations of such entities with respect to the Purchased Mortgage Loans, Seller shall promptly notify Buyer.
Notification of Servicer Defaults. If Seller or Guarantor should discover that for any reason whatsoever, any entity responsible to Guarantor or Seller by contract for managing or servicing any Related Mortgage Loan has failed to perform fully Guarantor’s or Seller’s obligations with respect to the management or servicing of such Related Mortgage Loan as required under this Agreement or any of the obligations of such entities with respect to the Related Mortgage Loan as delegated by Seller or Guarantor pursuant to any Servicing Agreement, Guarantor or Seller shall promptly notify Buyer.
Notification of Servicer Defaults. If Seller should discover that, for any reason whatsoever, any entity responsible to Seller by contract for managing or servicing any such Purchased Asset has failed to perform fully Seller’s obligations with respect to the management or servicing of such Purchased Mortgage Loan as required under this Agreement or any of the obligations of such entities with respect to the Purchased Asset as delegated by such Seller pursuant to any Servicing Agreement, Seller shall promptly notify Administrative Agent.

If a Responsible Officer of a Seller Party should discover that, for any reason whatsoever, any entity responsible to Guarantor by contract for managing or servicing any such Underlying Asset has failed to perform fully Guarantor’s obligations with respect to the management or servicing of such Underlying Asset as required under this Agreement or any of the obligations of such entities with respect to the Underlying Assets as delegated by Guarantor pursuant to any Servicing Agreement, Seller Parties shall promptly notify Buyer.
Notification of Servicer Defaults. If a loanDepot Party should discover that, for any reason whatsoever, any entity responsible to a loanDepot Party by contract for managing or servicing any such Underlying Asset has failed to perform fully a loanDepot Party’s obligations under this Agreement or any of the obligations of such entities with respect to the Underlying Assets, such loanDepot Party shall promptly notify Buyer.
Notification of Servicer Defaults. If a Guild Party should discover that, for any reason whatsoever, any entity responsible to a Guild Party by contract for managing or servicing any such Underlying Asset has failed to perform fully a Guild Party’s obligations with respect to the management or servicing of such Underlying Asset as required under this Agreement or any of the obligations of such entities with respect to the Underlying Assets, as delegated by such Guild Party pursuant to any Servicing Agreement such Guild Party shall promptly notify Buyer.
Notification of Servicer Defaults. If Borrower should discover that, for any reason whatsoever, any entity responsible to Borrower by contract for managing or servicing any Pledged Mortgage Loan has failed to perform fully any obligations with respect to the management or servicing of such Pledged Mortgage Loans as required under this Agreement or any of the obligations of such entities with respect to the Pledged Mortgage Loan as delegated pursuant to any Servicing Agreement, Borrower shall promptly notify Lender in writing.
Notification of Servicer Defaults. If a Nationstar Party should discover that, for any reason whatsoever, any entity responsible to a Nationstar Party by contract for managing or servicing any such Underlying Asset has failed to perform fully a Nationstar Party’s obligations under this Agreement or any of the obligations of such entities with respect to the Underlying Assets, such Nationstar Party shall promptly notify Buyer.
Notification of Servicer Defaults. If Seller should discover that for any reason whatsoever, any entity responsible to Seller by contract for managing or servicing any Purchased Mortgage Loan has failed to perform fully Seller’s obligations with respect to the management or servicing of such Purchased Mortgage Loan as required under this Agreement or any of the obligations of such entities with respect to the Purchased Mortgage Loan as delegated by Seller pursuant to any Servicing Agreement, where, in each case, such failure either constitutes a Servicer Termination Event or has an adverse effect on the Purchased Mortgage Loans or Buyer’s rights therein, then Seller shall promptly notify Administrative Agent, on behalf of Buyers.
