Servicer Default definition

Servicer Default means an event specified in Section 8.01.
Servicer Default means an event specified in Section 5.1 of the Servicing Agreement.
Servicer Default shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.01.

Examples of Servicer Default in a sentence

  • Upon any such waiver of a past default, such default shall cease to exist, and any Servicer Default arising therefrom shall be deemed to have been remedied for every purpose of this Agreement.

  • If a Servicer Default shall arise from the failure of the Servicer to perform any of its duties or obligations under the Servicing Agreement with respect to the Energy Transition Property or the Energy Transition Charges, the Issuer shall take all reasonable steps available to it to remedy such failure.
