Common use of NOTIFICATION OF SERVICES Clause in Contracts

NOTIFICATION OF SERVICES. 00.0. Xxx must advise and precisely locate all unseen or underground services on the worksite and clearly xxxx the same prior to us delivering Equipment (including but not limited to, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, water mains, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, or any other services that may be present on the worksite). 00.0. Xxx agree that we are in no way liable for any damages, expenses or fines that you suffer as a result of services not being precisely located and notified by you in accordance with clause 19.1.
