Notification of Take Requirement. Because occupied den sites will be monitored by USFWS, and protected by enrolled Landowners, incidental take will be avoided or minimized and incidental take that is observed will be documented as part of the monitoring and protection process. Enrolled landowners will report all instances of incidental take to USFWS as required by regulation.
