NOTIFICATION OF THE ASSOCIATION. The Board is committed to providing educational programs for the students of Winooski which meet the statutory requirements of the State of Vermont and the regulations set forth by the Vermont State Board of Education. When the local Board of School Trustees deems it appropriate to reduce staff the Association shall be notified of any contemplated reduction in force stating curriculum area and staff number as early as possible, but no later than March 30, for any reduction scheduled to take effect in September of the following year.
