NOTIFICATION OF THE POTENTIALLY ELIGIBLE AND TRANSTION PLANNING. ● GGRC IS required to notify the child/family’s local educational authority of all potentially eligible children and provide family directory information. Parents should be informed about the notification process during the transition planning discussions. In the event the family objects to Part B services, they may decline the assessment plan offered by the LEA. ● A Transition Planning Conference may be scheduled as early as 27 months of age, or at the discretion of all parties, up to but no later than ninety (90) days prior to the child’s 3rd birthday. Transition Planning Conferences must meet all IFSP accessibility requirements, including being held at a time and place convenient to the family. Transition Planning Conferences should happen well before the Notification of the Potentially Eligible. ● , GGRC and each LEA shall identify mutually agreeable dates, times, and locations in advance for the Transition Planning Conferences, to plan the transition steps necessary for movement into services under Part B. If parents are unable to attend at these prearranged times, GGRC will work with the family and the LEA to identify another time to meet. If the LEA is unable to attend, yet the parent wishes to meet with the LEA, this will be documented in the IFSP, and GGRC will explain the general Part B transition steps. Parent may decline to have the local LEA representative at the Transition Planning Conference and this will be documented in the IFSP.

  • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. It is permitted for the TIPS Member to provide a general scope description, but the awarded vendor should provide a written scope of work, and if applicable, according to the TIPS Member’s design Professional as part of the proposal. Once the scope of the job is agreed to, the TIPS Member will issue a PO and/or an Agreement or Contract with the Job Order Contract Proposal referenced or as an attachment along with bond and any other special provisions agreed by the TIPS Member. If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • HEALTH AND SAFETY 16.01 The Employer, Union and the employees shall comply with the provisions of the Occupational Health and Safety Act where and when applicable. The Employer shall provide working conditions at all times which are not prejudicial to the health or efficiency of the workers. Employees are required to report to their Employer any unsafe work conditions, or violation of any safe work policies or procedures established by the Employer, or any violation of relevant safe work legislation.

  • SERVICE REQUIREMENTS FOR REFERRED CLIENTS A. Agent agrees to respond to any communications from a Referred Client within two (2) hours after receipt if such communication is received between 9:00am to 5:00pm local time. For communications received outside of these hours, Agent agrees to respond by 10:00am the next day.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in production and operations support.

  • Reporting Requirements The Company, during the period when the Prospectus is required to be delivered under the 1933 Act or the 1934 Act, will file all documents required to be filed with the Commission pursuant to the 1934 Act within the time periods required by the 1934 Act and the 1934 Act Regulations.
