Common use of Notification of works council Clause in Contracts

Notification of works council. For the consultations referred to in 6.10.1(a), the employer will provide the works council with the following information: • the name and address of the agency or agencies for whom the external employees work and/or the agency or agencies making them available; • the nature of the work and estimated duration; • the number of external employees and their names and ages; and • the conditions of employment for the external employees.
