Notification to and Direction from the Province. The Recipient will immediately notify the Province: (a) of contact by Aboriginal Communities regarding the Project; or (b) of any Aboriginal archaeological resources that are discovered in relation to the Project, and, in either case, the Recipient agrees that the Province or Canada, or both, may direct the Recipient to take such actions as the Province or Canada, or both, may require. The Recipient will comply with the Province's or Canada’s direction.
