NOTIFICATION TO APPLICANT. At the time a bargaining unit applicant submits an application, the University will provide her/him with confirmation that it has received the application. In addition, the hiring department will issue written notification to each bargaining unit applicant who is interviewed but not selected, identifying the reason(s) the employee was not selected to fill the position.
