Common use of NOTIFICATION TO COUNTY Clause in Contracts

NOTIFICATION TO COUNTY. Contractor shall immediately notify the County of all accidents that occur as a result of the activities contemplated under this Agreement, and in no event later than twenty-four hours following any such accident.
