Lawful Employment. Consultant represents and warrants that it has complied and will comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and governmental regulations related to its decisions related to its employees (and approved subcontractors, if any), including without limitation, the verification provisions of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, P.L. 99-603, the Equal Employment Opportunity Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Drug-Free Workplace Act, and all other federal, state, or local statutes, ordinances or common laws.

Lawful Employment. To Sellers’ knowledge, each Hotel Employee is lawfully employed by the Management Company on the basis of such Hotel Employee being a United States citizen, a documented resident alien (i.e., “green card” holder) or a holder of a validly issued work visa or other authorization of a Governmental Authority.
