Notification to Labor Unions and/or Employee Representatives. CONTRACTOR shall send written notice of its obligations hereunder to each labor union or employee representative with which it has a collective bargaining agreement, or other understanding, and shall post copies thereof in conspicuous places available to employees and applicants for employment.
