Notifications to Certificateholders. Upon any termination or appointment of a successor to the Servicer pursuant to this Article Eight, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, the PMI Insurer and to each Rating Agency. Within 60 days of obtaining actual knowledge of the occurrence of any Event of Default that remains uncured, the Trustee shall transmit by mail to all Certificateholders notice of such Event of Default.
