NOTIFICATIONS TO SERVICER AND TO CERTIFICATEHOLDERS. (a) Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any Default, the Trustee shall promptly notify the Servicer and each Certificateholder (at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register) thereof.
