Notify Agency of Education Program Changes. The School shall notify the Agency as soon as practicable of any anticipated changes in the Education Program. The School will not implement changes to the Education Program without obtaining the Agency’s prior written consent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed.
