  • Notify If there is a difficulty with the Adoption, the adoptive parent(s) must notify NB. NB will provide additional support, including but not limited to home visits and direct counseling. NB will recommend independent adoption consultants, therapists, psychiatrists, medical professionals, financial experts, and developmental and educational services. NB may request waivers to speak directly with persons involved or assist the family. If the family is currently working with any independent professionals, NB may seek the release to talk to them. If needed, NB will offer respite care. NB reserves the right to charge the adoptive family fees for such services.

  • Your Rights and Our Responsibilities After We Receive Your Written Notice We must acknowledge your letter within 30 days, unless we have corrected the error by then. Within 90 days, we must either correct the error or explain why we believe the statement was correct. After we receive your letter, we cannot try to collect any amount you question or report you as delinquent. We can continue to bill you for the amount you question, including FINANCE CHARGES, and we can apply any unpaid amount against your credit limit. However, if our explanation does not satisfy you and you write to us within 10 days telling us that you still refuse to pay, we must tell anyone we report you to that you have a question about your statement. And, we must tell you the name of anyone we reported you to. We must tell anyone we report you to that the matter has been settled between us when it finally is. If we don’t follow these rules, we can’t collect the first $50.00 of the questioned amount, even if your statement was correct.

  • Communications and Written Notices 23.1. The Company will communicate with the client about any notice, instruction, request or any other communication via the Client’s registered e-mail, the Client Dashboard, telephone or, where the Client wishes to send a formal communication to the Company in writing, via post to the Company’s registered address. All the Company’s contact details are available on the Compnay’s Website. Any communication from the Client to the Company shall be deemed effective on the date and time of reception by the Company. My Credit Union will respond to my report of a problem or unauthorized transaction within 10 business days and will indicate what reimbursement, if any, will be made for any loss incurred by me. Reimbursement will be made for losses from a problem or unauthorized use in this time frame if it is evident that I did not contribute knowingly to the problem or unauthorized transaction and that I took reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of my PIN or Passcode. An extension of the 10-day limit may be necessary if my Credit Union requires me to provide a written statement or affidavit to aid its investigation.

  • Items for Which Lenovo May Be Liable Circumstances may arise where, because of a default on Lenovo’s part or other liability, Licensee is entitled to recover damages from Lenovo. Regardless of the basis on which Licensee is entitled to claim damages from Lenovo (including fundamental breach, negligence, misrepresentation, or other contract or tort claim), Lenovo’s entire liability for all claims in the aggregate arising from or related to each Program or otherwise arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of any 1) damages for bodily injury (including death) and damage to real property and tangible personal property and 2) other actual direct damages up to the charges (if the Program is subject to fixed term charges, up to twelve months‘ charges) Licensee paid for the Program that is the subject of the claim. This limit also applies to any of Lenovo’s Program developers and suppliers. It is the maximum for which Lenovo and its Program developers and suppliers are collectively responsible.
