Notwithstanding Clause 18. 1 Convergence reserves the right to amend or vary the Agreement, by giving You 30 days’ written notice thereof (or such lesser period if specified by a regulatory body) in order to: 18.2.1. Comply with any legal or regulatory obligation; 18.2.2. Comply with any requirements imposed on Us by a third party telecommunications provider; 18.2.3. Protect any of our owned Intellectual Property; 18.2.4. Introduce new or improved Service Levels 18.2.5. Maintain the integrity or security of the Network;
