Nova Shareholder Approval. The Required Nova Approval shall have been obtained at the Nova Meeting in accordance with the Interim Order.
Nova Shareholder Approval. Nova shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the Nova Shareholder Approval in a timely and expeditious manner or, if the Nova Shareholder Approval is not obtained, it shall hold a shareholder meeting as soon as possible to obtain the necessary approval for the Merger. No later than one Business Day following the date the Nova Shareholder Approval is obtained, Nova shall deliver the Nova Approval Notice to each Nova Shareholder who did not approve the Merger Resolution.
