Common use of Noxious Activities and Nuisances Clause in Contracts

Noxious Activities and Nuisances. not carry on any noxious, noisy or offensive business or activity in or about the Premises or do anything which is or may become a nuisance or annoyance to any other occupant of any adjoining premises, but the carrying on of the Permitted Use by the Lessee in a reasonable manner will not of itself be a breach of this clause;
