NRE Services. At Conexant’s request, Company shall negotiate to provide non-recurring engineering services for new Wafers, provided that the Parties reach agreement concerning the terms and conditions of provision of such services. The Parties shall negotiate in good faith the terms and conditions and any applicable costs associated with such engineering services.
