Nuclear Exclusion. This Coverage Form does not insure against loss or damage resulting from, contributed to or caused directly or indirectly by:
i. any nuclear incident (as defined in the Nuclear Liability Act or any other nuclear liability act, law or statute, or any law amendatory thereof) or nuclear explosion, except for ensuing loss or damage which results directly from fire, lightning or explosion of natural coal or manufactured gas;
ii. contamination by radioactive material.
Nuclear Exclusion. 1. This policy does not apply:
a) Under any Liability Coverage, to bodily injury or property damage
(1) with respect to which an insured under this policy is also an insured under a nuclear energy liability policy issued by the Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance Association, The Mutual Atomic Energy Liability Underwriters or Nuclear Insurance Association of Canada or any of their successors, or would be an insured under any such policy but for its termination upon exhaustion of its limit of liability; or
(2) resulting from the hazardous properties of nuclear material and with respect to which (a) any person or organization is required to maintain financial protection pursuant to the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, or any amending law, or (b) the insured is, or had this policy not been issued would be, entitled to indemnity from the United States of America, or any U.S. agency, under any agreement entered into by the United States of America, or any U.S. agency, with any person or organization.
b) Under any Medical Payments Coverage, or under any Supplementary Payments provision relating to first aid, to expenses incurred with respect to bodily injury resulting from the hazardous properties of nuclear material and arising out of the operation of a nuclear facility by any person or organization.
c) Under any Liability Coverage, to bodily injury or property damage resulting from the hazardous properties of nuclear material, if
(1) the nuclear material (a) is at any nuclear facility owned by, or operated by or on behalf of an insured, or (b) has been discharged or dispersed;
(2) the nuclear material is contained in spent fuel or waste at any time possessed, handled, used, processed, stored, transported or disposed of by or on behalf of an insured; or
(3) the bodily injury or property damage arises out of the furnishing by an insured of services, materials, parts or equipment in connection with the planning, construction, maintenance, operation or use of any nuclear facility but if such facility is located within the United States of America, its territories or possessions, or Canada, this exclusion (3) applies only to property damage to such nuclear facility and any property thereat.
2. Definitions Applicable to the Nuclear Energy Liability Exclusion
a) Hazardous Properties-include radioactive, toxic or explosive properties.
b) Nuclear Material-means source material, special nuclear material or by-product material.
Nuclear Exclusion. DEFINITIONS-The following definitions apply to this policy:
Nuclear Exclusion. This insurance excludes loss or destruction of or damage to any property or liability whatsoever or any loss or expense whatsoever resulting or arising therefrom or any consequential loss directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from:
a) ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel. For the purpose of this exclusion only combustion shall include any self-sustaining process of nuclear fission,
b) nuclear weapons material.
Nuclear Exclusion. Any loss or destruction of or damage to any vehicle whatsoever or any loss or expense whatsoever resulting or arising there from or consequential loss directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from ionising radiations or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel. For the purpose of this exception only combustion shall include any self-sustaining process of nuclear fission. The indemnity provided by this Agreement shall not apply to nor include any loss, destruction or damage directly or indirectly caused by or contributed to by or arising from nuclear weapons material.
Nuclear Exclusion. This insurance does not apply to loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by a nuclear incident as defined in the Nuclear Liability Act or any other nuclear liability act, law or statute, or any law amendatory thereof, or a nuclear explosion or by contamination by radioactive material.
Nuclear Exclusion. In no case shall this insurance cover loss damage liability or expense arising from
22.1 any weapon of war employing atomic or nuclear fission and/or fusion or other like reaction or radioactive force or matter
22.2 ionising radiations frorTI.or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel
22.3 the radioactive, toxic, explosive or other hazardous properties of any explosive nuclear assembly or nuclear component thereof.

ii. nuclear material, nuclear fission or fusion, nuclear radiation; iii. nuclear explosives or any nuclear weapon;
