Nuisances and Certain Other Prohibited Uses. Tenant shall not (a) install or operate any internal combustion engine, boiler, machinery, refrigerating, heating or air conditioning apparatus in or about the Premises; (b) engage in any mechanical business, or in any service in or about the Premises or Building, except those ordinarily embraced within the Permitted Use as specified in Section 3 of the Lease; (c) use the Premises for housing, lodging, or sleeping purposes; (d) prepare or warm food in the Premises or permit food to be brought into the Premises for consumption therein (heating coffee and individual lunches of employees excepted) except by express permission of Landlord; (e) place any radio or television antennae on the roof or on or in any part of the inside or outside of the Building other than the inside of the Premises, or place a musical or sound producing instrument or device inside or outside the Premises which may be heard outside the Premises; (f) use any power source for the operation of any equipment or device other than dry cell batteries or electricity; (g) operate any electrical device from which may emanate waves that could interfere with or impair radio or television broadcasting or reception from or in the Building or elsewhere; (h) bring or permit to be in the Building any bicycle, other vehicle, dog (except in the company of a blind person), other animal or bird; (i) make or permit any objectionable noise or odor to emanate from the Premises; (j) disturb, harass, solicit or canvass any occupant of the Building; (k) do anything in or about the Premises which could be a nuisance or tend to injure the reputation of the Building; (i) allow any firearms in the Building or the Premises except as approved by Landlord in writing.

Tenant shall not (ai) conduct itself or permit its employees, agents, licensees, invitees or contractors to conduct themselves in a manner inconsistent with the comfort or conveniences of other Tenants or the Class A character of the Building; (ii) install or operate any internal combustion engine, boiler, machinery, refrigerating, heating or air air-conditioning apparatus or space heater in or about the Premises; (biii) engage in carry on any mechanical business, or in any service business in or about the Premises or Buildingthe Building or sell any article, thing or service except those ordinarily embraced within with the Permitted Use as of the Premises specified in Section 3 of the LeaseFundamental Lease Provisions; (civ) use the Premises for housing, lodging, lodging or sleeping purposes; (d) prepare or warm food in the Premises or permit food to be brought into the Premises for consumption therein (heating coffee and individual lunches of employees excepted) except by express permission of Landlord; (ev) place any radio or television antennae on the roof or on or in any part of the inside or outside of the Building building other than the inside of the Premises; (vi) operate or permit to be operated any radio, television, record player, stereo, tape player, musical instrument or place a musical or other sound producing instrument or device inside or outside the Premises which may be heard outside the Premises; (fvii) use any illumination or power source for the operation operating of any equipment or device other than dry cell batteries or electricity; (gviii) operate any electrical device from which may emanate electrical waves that could which may interfere with or impair radio or television broadcasting or reception from or in the Building or elsewhere; (hix) bring or permit to be in the Building any bicycle, bicycle or other vehicle, or dog (except in the company of a blind or deaf person), ) or other animal or bird; (ix) make or permit any objectionable noise or odor to emanate from the PremisesPremises (ordinary odors arising from the Permitted Use shall not be considered objectionable); (jxi) disturb, harass, solicit or canvass canvas any occupant of the Building; (kxii) do anything in or about the Premises which could be tending to create or maintain a nuisance or tend do any act tending to injure the reputation of the Building; or (ixiii) allow throw or drop or permit to be thrown or dropped any firearms article from any terrace, window or other opening in the Building or the Premises except as approved by Landlord in writingBuilding.

Tenant shall not (a) install or operate any internal combustion engine, boiler, machinery, refrigerating, heating or air conditioning apparatus in or about the Premises, other than as permitted by Tenant’s Lease, provided that Tenant may keep a small refrigerator, microwave oven and/or space heater in the employee breakroom for the exclusive use of Tenant’s employees; (b) engage in any mechanical business, or in any service in or about the Premises or Building, except those ordinarily embraced within the Permitted Use as specified in Section 3 of the Lease; (c) use the Premises for housinghousing , lodging, or sleeping purposes; (dc) prepare or warm food in the Premises or permit food to be brought into the Premises for consumption therein (heating coffee and individual lunches of meals for employees excepted) except as permitted by Tenant’s Lease or by express permission of Landlord; (ed) place any radio or television antennae on the roof or on or in any part of the inside or outside of the Building Project other than the inside of the Premisesas permitted by Tenant’s s Lease, or place a musical or sound producing instrument or device inside or outside the Premises which may be heard outside the Premises; (fe) use any power source for the operation of any equipment or device other than dry cell batteries or electricity; (gf) operate any electrical device from which may emanate waves that could interfere with or impair radio or television broadcasting or reception from or in the Building or elsewhereBuilding; (hg) bring or permit to be in the Building any bicycle, other vehicle, dog dogs or other animals (except in the company of a blind personfor assistance animals), other animal or bird; (ih) make or permit any objectionable noise or odor to emanate from the Premises; (ji) disturb, harass, solicit or canvass any occupant of the Building; (kj) do anything in or about the Premises which could be a nuisance or tend to injure the reputation of the BuildingProject; (ik) allow any firearms in the Building Project or the Premises except as approved approve by Landlord in writing.

Tenant Licensee shall not (a) install or operate any internal combustion engine, boiler, machinery, refrigerating, heating or air conditioning apparatus in or about the PremisesChild Care Improvements, other than as permitted by Licensee’s License; (b) engage in any mechanical business, or in any service in or about the Premises or Building, except those ordinarily embraced within the Permitted Use as specified in Section 3 of the Lease; (c) use the Premises Child Care Improvements for housing, lodging, or sleeping purposes; (dc) prepare or warm food in the Premises Child Care Improvements or permit food to be brought into onto the Premises Child Care Improvements for consumption therein (heating coffee and individual lunches of employees excepted) except as permitted by Licensee’s License or by express permission of LandlordLicensor; (ed) place any radio or television antennae on the roof or on or in any part of the inside or outside of the Building Development other than the inside of the Premisesas permitted by Licensee’s License, or place a musical or sound producing instrument or device inside or outside the Premises Child Care Improvements which may be heard outside the Premises; (fe) use any power source for the operation of any equipment or device other than dry cell batteries or electricity; (gf) operate any electrical device from which may emanate waves that could interfere with or impair radio or television broadcasting or reception from or in the Building or elsewhereBuilding; (hg) bring or permit to be in the Building any bicycle, other vehicle, dog dogs or other animals (except in the company of a blind personfor assistance animals), other animal or bird; (ih) make or permit any objectionable noise or odor to emanate from the Premises; (ji) disturb, harass, solicit or canvass any occupant of the Building; (kj) do anything in or about the Premises Child Care Improvements which could be a nuisance or tend to injure the reputation of the BuildingDevelopment; (ik) allow any firearms in the Building Development or the Premises Child Care Improvements except as approved by Landlord Licensor in writing.

Tenant shall not (ai) conduct itself or permit its employees, licensees, contractors, agents or invitees to conduct themselves in a manner inconsistent with the comfort or convenience of other tenants or the first class character of the Buildings, (ii) install or operate any internal combustion engine, boiler, machinery, refrigerating, heating or air conditioning apparatus in or about the Premises; Premises except as authorized in writing by Landlord, (biii) engage in carry on any mechanical business, or in any service business in or about the Complex, the Premises or BuildingBuilding or sell any article, thing or service except those ordinarily embraced within the Permitted Use as permitted use of the Premises specified in Section 3 of the Lease; 3, (civ) use the Premises for housing, lodging, lodging or sleeping purposes; , (dv) prepare permit preparation or warm warming of food in the Premises or permit food to be brought into the Premises, except that Tenant shall have the right to install and use a small microwave oven and a small refrigerator in a portion of the Premises set aside for consumption therein such use provided that such equipment and space is at Tenant's sole expense and no nuisance from refuse, noise, smoke or odor results, (heating coffee and individual lunches of employees excepted) except by express permission of Landlord; (evi) place any radio or television antennae on the roof or on or in any part of the inside or outside of the Building Buildings other than the inside of the Premises, (vii) operate or place a permit to be operated any musical or sound producing instrument or device inside or outside the Premises which may be heard outside the Premises; premises, (fviii) use any illumination or power source for the operation of any equipment or device other than dry cell batteries or electricity; , (gix) operate any electrical device from which may emanate electrical waves that could which may interfere with or impair radio or television broadcasting or reception from or in the Building Buildings or elsewhere; , (hx) bring or permit to be in the Building Buildings any bicycle, bicycle or other vehicle, or dog (except in the company of a blind or deaf person), ) or other animal or bird; , (ixi) make or permit any objectionable noise or odor to emanate from the Premises; , (jxii) disturb, harass, solicit or canvass any occupant of the Building; Buildings, (kxiii) do anything in or about the Premises which could be tending to create or maintain a nuisance or tend do any act tending to injure the reputation of the Building; Complex or the Buildings, or (ixiv) allow throw or permit to be thrown or dropped any firearms article from any window or other opening in the Building or the Premises except as approved by Landlord in writingBuilding.

Tenant shall not (ai) conduct itself or permit its employees, licensees, contractors, agents or invitees to conduct themselves in a manner inconsistent with the comfort or convenience of other tenants or the first-class character of the Building and Retail Parcel, (ii) install or operate any internal combustion engine, boiler, machinery, refrigerating, heating or and air conditioning apparatus in or about the Premises; Premises except in furtherance of the Permitted Use of the Premises specified in Section 7.1 or unless otherwise specifically approved in writing by Landlord, (biii) engage in carry on any mechanical business, or in any service business in or about the Premises or BuildingBuilding or sell any article, thing or service except those ordinarily embraced within the Permitted Use as of the Premises specified in Section 3 of the Lease; 7.1, (civ) use the Premises for housing, lodging, lodging or sleeping purposes; , (d) prepare or warm food in the Premises or permit food to be brought into the Premises for consumption therein (heating coffee and individual lunches of employees excepted) except by express permission of Landlord; (ev) place any radio or television antennae on the roof or on or in any part of the inside or outside of the Building other than the inside of the Premises, (vi) operate or place a permit to be operated any musical or sound sound-producing instrument or device inside or outside the Premises which may be heard outside the Premises; , (fvii) use any illumination or power source for the operation of any equipment or device other than dry cell batteries electricity, or electricity; gas, (gviii) operate any electrical device from which may emanate electrical waves that could which may interfere with or impair radio or television broadcasting or reception from or in the Building or elsewhere; , (hix) bring or permit to be in the Building any bicycle, bicycle or other vehicle, or dog (except in the company of a blind or deaf person), ) or other animal or bird; , (ix) make or permit any objectionable noise or odor to emanate from the Premises; , (jxi) disturb, harass, solicit or canvass any occupant of the Building; , (kxii) do anything in or about the Premises which could be tending to create or maintain a nuisance or tend do any act tending to injure the reputation of the Building; , the Retail Parcel or the Property , or (ixiii) allow throw or permit to be thrown or dropped any firearms article from any window or other opening in the Building or the Premises except as approved by Landlord in writingRetail Parcel.

Tenant Lessee shall not (a) install or operate any internal combustion engine, boiler, machinery, refrigeratingrefrigerating (excluding breakroom refrigerator), heating or air conditioning apparatus in or about the Premises; (b) engage in any mechanical business, or in any service in or about the Premises or Building, except those ordinarily embraced within the Permitted Use as specified defined in Section 3 8(a) of the Lease; (c) use the Premises for housing, lodging, or sleeping purposes; (d) prepare or warm food in the Premises or permit food to be brought into the Premises for consumption therein (heating coffee and coffee, individual lunches of employees and catered in meals excepted) except by express permission of LandlordLessor; (e) place any radio or television antennae on the roof or on or in any part of the inside or outside of the Building other than the inside of the Premises, or place a musical or sound producing instrument or device inside or outside the Premises which may be heard outside the Premises; (f) use any power source for the operation of any equipment or device devise other than dry cell batteries or electricity; (g) operate any electrical device from which may emanate waves that could interfere with or impair radio or television broadcasting or reception from or in the Building or elsewhere; (h) bring or permit to be in the Building any bicycle, other vehicle, dog (except in the company of a blind person), other animal or bird; (i) make or permit any objectionable noise or odor to emanate from the Premises; (j) disturb, harass, solicit or canvass any occupant of the Building; (k) do anything in or about the Premises which could be a nuisance or tend lend to injure the reputation of the Building; (il) allow any firearms in the Building or the Premises except as approved by Landlord Lessor in writing.

Tenant shall not (a) install or operate any internal combustion enginecombus-tion engine (other than the generator(s) contemplated by the Lease), boiler, machinery, refrigerating, heating or air conditioning apparatus in or about the Premises; (b) engage in any mechanical business, or in any service in or about the Premises or Building, except those ordinarily embraced within the Permitted Use as specified in Section 3 of the Lease; (c) use the Premises for housing, lodging, or sleeping sleep-ing purposes; (d) prepare or warm food in the Premises or permit food to be brought into the Premises for consumption therein (heating coffee and individual lunches of employees excepted) except by express permission of Landlord; (e) place any radio or television antennae on the roof or on or in any part of the inside or outside of the Building other than the inside of the Premises, or place a musical or sound producing instrument or device inside or outside the Premises which may be heard outside the Premises; (f) use any power source for the operation of any equipment or device other than dry cell batteries or electricity; (g) operate any electrical device from which may emanate waves that could interfere with or impair radio or television broadcasting or reception from or in the Building or elsewhere; (h) bring or permit to be in the Building any bicycle, other vehicle, dog (except in the company of a blind person), other animal or bird; (i) make or permit any objectionable noise or odor to emanate from the Premises; (j) disturb, harass, solicit or canvass any occupant of the Building; (k) do anything in or about the Premises which could be a nuisance or tend to injure the reputation of the Building; (i) allow any firearms in the Building or the Premises except as approved by Landlord in writing.
