Common use of Number Assignment Clause in Contracts

Number Assignment. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to, in any manner, limit or otherwise adversely impact SPRINT's right to employ or to request and be assigned any NANP number resources including, but not limited to, Central Office (NXX) Codes pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines. Any request for numbering resources by SPRINT shall be made directly to the NANP Number Plan Administrator. The Parties agree that disputes arising from numbering assignment shall be resolved by the NANP Number Plan Administrator. SPRINT shall not request number resources to be assigned to any VERIZON switching entity.
