Number of Exchange Students. The parties shall review the Program annually for any imbalance in the number of Exchange Students and shall adjust the number of Exchange Students over the term of the Agreement to maintain a balance in the exchange.
Number of Exchange Students. 1- Each university may send and accept under this Agreement a maximum of six (6) students each year. It should be noted that if an exchange student attends two consecutive semesters at the host university, it shall be counted as two students. When exchanging graduate students, both parties shall get a prior permission from the host institution.
Number of Exchange Students. 1. Both parties shall aim to nominate 1 student of full time equivalency at either the undergraduate or graduate level for the partner university. Any variance in the number of exchange students each year may be negotiated and agreed by both parties before recruitment of students.
Number of Exchange Students. Each university will accept up to 2 exchange students (4 semester students) each year. Standard lengths of stay for exchange students will be one semester or a full academic year. Two one-semester students will be counted as the equivalent of one full-year student. Every year, each institution may send an equal number of students to participate in the exchange program. Although a one-for-one exchange is desirable, it would not be a serious problem if in a given year either institution is unable to send an equal number of students, provided that over a period of three years there is a balance in the number of students who participate in the exchange from both institutions. Should an imbalance in the exchange occur, both institutions will make adjustments at the end of a three-year cycle. The imbalance should be corrected in one of the following ways:
Number of Exchange Students. The number of students each institution may send and/or accept under this program is stated in the addenda and it can be yearly modified by mutual consultation.
Number of Exchange Students. 2.1 Both institutions will accept the equivalent of 2 full-year students per academic year from 2019. The number of students exchanged between the two institutions will be balanced over 3 years.
Number of Exchange Students. 2.1 The Parties will attempt to maintain a reasonable balance in the number of Students exchanged during the term of this Agreement as mutually agreed by the Parties.
Number of Exchange Students. 3.1 UTAR and Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo hereby agree to exchange students for the length of one semester or up to one academic year.
Number of Exchange Students. 5.2.1 UCT Faculty of Law will be permitted annually to send two (2) of its graduate law students to __________ for one (1) full academic year of postgraduate study.
Number of Exchange Students. A maximum of Two (5) students will be exchanged between both universities in each semester. The number of students may be amended by mutual agreement before end-January each year.
