Number of Users. Unless otherwise provided in these license terms, only one user may use the software at a time on the licensed computer.
Number of Users. The number of Users may range from 10 to 500 individuals. Any variation to the number of Users shall be in multiples of 10s.

Customer shall not Use, or permit the Use of, any Licensed Products by more than the maximum number of Users specified in the applicable Order Form (as the same may be adjusted pursuant to an Order Form amendment or supplement or Sections 3.3 and 4.4 hereof), whether or not such Users are actively Using the Licensed Products at the same time.

EXHIBIT B.1 SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (ENTERPRISE) If Vendor provides “Enterprise SLA” in service order or contract for Company the following Service Level Agreement applies. All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning ascribed in the Agreement. Compliance with this Service Level Agreement is not an alternative to performance of the obligations set forth in the Agreement.
Number of Users. Jama licenses the Software for use by Licensee’s employees and contractors (each a “User”). The Software is licensed under one of the following four models: (a) a Named User license, (b) a Floating (or concurrent) User license, (c) a Collaborator User license, or (d) a Reviewer User license. The Ordering Document specifies the particular license model under which Licensee is obtaining the Software and the number of such licenses acquired.
Number of Users. There shall be no user limit with respect to the Services.
Number of Users. The Originating Broker is initially authorized to permit use of the Service by the Users listed and identified in the Letter of Acceptance. The Originating Broker may change the number or identity of the Users by sending to SEE Link in writing a request therefore (the “Users Change Request”). If the Originating Broker wishes to add new Users to the existing ones, the Originating Broker shall send the Users Change Request by courier, by mail, by fax or by e-mail to SEE Link and shall specify in the Users Change Request the name and the broker license number of the new Users, and shall provide a signed relevant statement by each such new User in the form prescribed by SEE Link, in accordance with the Operational Rules. SEE Link shall set up accounts for the new Users in the System and provide the Originating Broker with usernames and passwords for the new Users, within 3 (three) Business Days as of receipt of a duly submitted and complete Users Change Request and shall notify the Originating Broker thereof. However, SEE Link reserves the right to deny such Users Change Request if the Originating Broker is behind in making any payments due to SEE Link under this Agreement. If the Originating Broker wishes that certain Users no longer have the use rights under this Agreement, the Originating Broker shall send the Users Change Request in writing by courier, by mail, by fax or by e-mail to SEE Link, and shall specify in the Users Change Request the name and the broker license number of such Users. SEE Link shall deactivate the account of such Users in the System within 3 (three) Business Days as of receipt of a duly submitted Users Change Request and shall notify the Originating Broker thereof.
