Number of Guests. The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is 7 and furthermore, only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. Sub letting or assignation of the let is prohibited.
Number of Guests. As of the date of the Rental Agreement, the Client will confirm the estimate of the number of guests expected to attend the Event.

If the traveler as a guest brings more participants the rental agency has the right to cancel the booking or charge extra for the exceeding guests/participants. It is required to have a registered wedding coordinator to assist and oversee your wedding to ensure you have an amazing experience at Xxxxxxxxx Beach State Park. A refundable security deposit is required in addition to the ceremony and after hours reception fee in case of damages, unsatisfactory post event cleanup, the use of prohibited items or any overages of guests/vendors. Deposits will be refunded by check within 10-14 business days after your event. Security Deposit: $250.00 Rehearsals may be scheduled in advance and based on availability. The fee includes entry into the park for up to 20 guests/vendors. Any additional guests over the allotted 20 will be deducted from your security deposit.

The Xxxxxxx XXX I, Inc. shall be held harmless in any civil action for cancellation of any function due to conditions beyond the association’s control (eg- water leaks, broken fixtures, any “act of God”, etc.). The Xxxxxxx XXX I, Inc. is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings. In the event alcoholic beverages are to be served, you agree to provide the security staff and safety measures that agree to comply with all federal, state and local laws governing the serving and consumption of alcoholic beverages. You shall assure that no damage occurs to the property or any risk is created to any property or to any person as a result of such alcohol use. Alcohol is not allowed to be sold on-site, and no alcohol may be served to anyone under the age of 21. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Xxxxxxx XXX I, Inc., any board member, any Timber’s manager and/or the association’s management company, or any Timber’s staff member from any claim or liability asserted against the association, any board member, manager or management company, or staff as a result of property damage or personal injury incurred in connection with the use of alcoholic beverages or general conduct at the event governed by this agreement. No more than 75 persons are permitted by occupancy restrictions. Rentals begin no sooner than 10:00am. All functions must end no later than 10:00pm Sunday thru Thursday, and 11:00pm Friday and Saturday.
