Number of Meetings. In the event that AMS fails to identify three (3) Meeting locations per calendar year as set forth in Section 3A.1.a of the SOW, AMS shall credit ISOC the amount set forth in the SLA Schedule.
Number of Meetings. 2.1 Current practice in schools indicates that primary schools normally organise four parents’ meetings over the school session, while secondary schools normally organise up to six. In addition other meetings may be arranged and included in the collegiate calendar for other purposes (eg primary/secondary transfer).

If anominee of the SEP is not present at a meeting of theHRRC otherwise duly constituted, the meeting shall bedissolved or adjourned for at least 24 (twenty four) hours,and if such meeting is adjourned then the presence of a21nominee of the SEP shall not be required to take anyaction at any resulting adjourned meeting.(c) Convening a MeetingThe chairperson of the HRRC may, and the secretary ofTelkom at the request of any member shall, convene ameeting of the HRRC at any time.(d)
Number of Meetings. The Board will meet at least once every 2 calendar months to exercise its functions.
