Common use of Number of Salary Payments Clause in Contracts

Number of Salary Payments. A faculty employee on an annual salary basis who has served a complete school year, or who has served the pre- ceding spring term, as a contract or regular employee, shall be paid in succeeding years in twelve (12) equal monthly installments, with the first (1st) warrant paid the last working day of July. The District will not claim advanced salary in the event of the death of an employee during the year.
