Numbers and Gender. Where the context so indicates, the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter, the singular shall include the plural and the plural shall include the singular, and person shall include corporation, firm or any other entity. Without limiting the forgoing, if at any time there shall be only one Manager acting hereunder, references to the Managers shall be deemed to be references to the sole Manager then acting.
