Common use of Numbers and Gender Clause in Contracts

Numbers and Gender. All of the terms and words used in this Contract, regardless of the number and gender in which they were used, shall be deemed and construed to include any other number (singular and plural), and any other gender (masculine, feminine or neuter), as the context or sense of this Contract or any paragraph or clause hereof may require, the same as if the words had been fully and properly written in the number and gender.
