NYISO Requirements. Developer shall comply with all applicable provisions of NYISO tariffs and procedures, as amended from time to time. The NYISO may direct the operation of substation equipment, including breaker status, within the Cricket Valley Substation, as needed to address reliability concerns impacting the NYCA.
