CONTRACTOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Contractor shall designate a customer service representative (and inform Enterprise Services of the same) who shall be responsible for addressing Purchaser issues pertaining to this Master Contract.

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.
Subrecipient’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Subrecipient shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Subrecipient’s efforts in fulfilling Subrecipient’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Subrecipient’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with County, shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Subrecipient’s Project Manager. Customer Service Support During the Term of this Agreement, VNDS will provide reasonable telephone and e-mail customer service support to Registrar, not Registered Name Holder or prospective customers of Registrar, for nontechnical issues solely relating to the System and its operation. VNDS will provide Registrar with a telephone number and e-mail address for such support during implementation of the Supported Protocol, APIs and Software. First-level telephone support will be available on a 7-day/24-hour basis. VNDS will provide a web-based customer service capability in the future and such web-based support will become the primary method of customer service support to Registrar at such time.

Program Manager Owner may designate a Program Manager to administer the Project and this Contract. In lieu of a Program Manager, Design Professional may be designated to perform the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager may also be designated as the Owner’s Representative, and if no Owner’s Representative is designated, the Program Manager shall be the Owner’s Representative.
Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.
