ORDINANCES AND STATUTES Lessee shall comply with all statutes, ordinances and requirements of all municipal, state and federal authorities now in force, or which may hereafter be in force, pertaining to the premises, occasioned by or affecting the use thereof by Lessee.
COMPLIANCE WITH ENERGY POLICY AND CONSERVATION ACT Contractor certifies that Contractor will be in compliance with mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in the state energy conservation plan issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (Pub. L. 94-163, 89 Stat. 871). Compliance with Federal Law, Regulations, and Executive Orders This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund the contract only. The contractor will comply will all applicable federal law, regulations, executive orders, FEMA policies, procedures, and directives.
Compliance with Statutes Rules and Regulations In performing its obligations under this Contract, the Provider shall without exception be aware of and comply with all State and Federal laws, rules, Children and Families Operating Procedures (CFOPs), and regulations relating to its performance under this Contract as they may be enacted or amended from time-to-time, as well as any court or administrative order, judgment, settlement or compliance agreement involving the Department which by its nature affects the services provided under this Contract.
Applicable and Governing Law and Applicable Regulations 31.1. If a settlement is not reached by the means described in paragraph 30.1, all disputes and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Agreement shall be finally settled in court in the Republic of Cyprus.
