OBJECT OF SALE AND PURCHASE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Seller hereby agrees to sell to the Buyer, and the Buyer hereby agrees to purchase from the Seller, the Shares, free and clear from any lien.

OBJECT OF SALE AND PURCHASE. In accordance with the terms and subject to the conditions of this agreement, Seller hereby agrees to transfer to Purchaser the assets, and Purchaser hereby agrees to remunerate Seller for the transfer of the assets (“Purchase Agreement”).

OBJECT OF SALE AND PURCHASE. In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Seller hereby sells 1,530,000 registered shares in the Company comprising 51% of the Share Capital (the “Sale Shares”) and agrees to transfer legal ownership on the Closing Date to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser hereby purchases from Seller the Sale Shares.
OBJECT OF SALE AND PURCHASE. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Seller hereby agrees to sell and, on the Closing Date, to transfer the Shares to the Buyer, and the Buyer hereby agrees to buy the Shares from the Seller, with effect from the Closing, free and clear of all Liens (including any rights of third parties) together with all rights (of any nature) which are at Closing attached to them.
OBJECT OF SALE AND PURCHASE. In accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Seller hereby sells 90 registered shares in the Company comprising 90% of the Share Capital (the “Shares”) and agrees to transfer legal ownership on the Closing Date to the Purchaser, and the Purchaser hereby purchases from Seller the Shares.
