OBJECTIONABLE PATRONS. REAL reserves the right to eject any objectionable person or persons (as determined using reasonable, non-discriminatory discretion) from the Premises and the LICENSEE hereby waives all claims for damages arising from the exercise of such rights, except to the extent such damages arise out of any negligence or willful misconduct of REAL or its employees, agents, or contractors.
