OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS. The University reserves the right to eject from the Facility any objectionable person or persons; and neither the University nor its employees shall be liable to Client or Guests for any damages that may be sustained through the exercise of such right.

OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS. The Management reserves the right to eject from the premises any objectionable persons; and neither the Center nor any of its representatives shall be liable to the User for any damages that may be sustained by such action. The term “objectionable persons” shall include those persons by virtue of disorderly conduct, drunkenness, disruptive behavior, violation of building policy or laws, make the proper conducting of business difficult or impossible.

Every reasonable effort will be made by the LVCVA to notify the Lessee of any pending action in regards to any cause to which this section applies.
