Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.
Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:
Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
Reporting Total Compensation of Recipient Executives 1. Applicability and what to report. You must report total compensation for each of your five most highly compensated executives for the preceding completed fiscal year, if—
i. the total Federal funding authorized to date under this award is $25,000 or more;
ii. in the preceding fiscal year, you received—
(a) 80 percent or more of your annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts) and Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act, as defined at 2 CFR 170.320 (and subawards); and
(b) $25,000,000 or more in annual gross revenues from Federal procurement contracts (and subcontracts) and Federal financial assistance subject to the Transparency Act, as defined at 2 CFR 170.320 (and subawards); and
iii. The public does not have access to information about the compensation of the executives through periodic reports filed under section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. 78m(a), 78o(d)) or section 6104 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. 2. Where and when to report. You must report executive total compensation described in paragraph A.1. of this award term:
i. As part of your registration profile at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov.
ii. By the end of the month following the month in which this award is made, and annually thereafter.
Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum. State Street agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the System so that it remains serviceable, provided, however, that State Street does not guarantee or assure uninterrupted remote access use of the System.
Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:
Training Plan 19.6.1 An apprentice shall be a party to an individual Training Plan.
19.6.2 The Training Plan sets out the training that the apprentice will do both on – the – job and off – the – job. The Training Plan also sets out how the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) will ensure the apprentice will receive quality training – both on – the – job and off – the – job.
19.6.3 The Training Plan reflects the choices made by the employer and the apprentice in relation to:-
Agreement Exceptions/Deviations Explanation If the proposing Vendor desires to deviate form the Vendor Agreement language, all such deviations must be listed on this attribute, with complete and detailed conditions and information included. TIPS will consider any deviations in its proposal award decisions, and TIPS reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal based upon any deviations indicated below. In the absence of any deviation entry on this attribute, the proposer assures TIPS of their full compliance with the Vendor Agreement.
Project Specific Milestones In addition to the milestones stated in Section 212.5 of the Tariff, as applicable, during the term of this ISA, Interconnection Customer shall ensure that it meets each of the following development milestones:
6.1 Substantial Site work completed. On or before December 31, 2020 Interconnection Customer must demonstrate completion of at least 20% of project site construction. At this time, Interconnection Customer must submit to Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider initial drawings, certified by a professional engineer, of the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
6.2 Delivery of major electrical equipment. On or before December 31, 2021, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate that all generating units have been delivered to Interconnection Customer’s project site.
