2.2.5 ; • Implementing updated changes to Workforce Composition and Managing Excess Employees: Redeployment, Retraining and Redundancy process; • Obtaining the approval of the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia SAET to this Enterprise Agreement; and
2.2.6 and • Existing conditions of employment applying to a party not being reduced, subject to the terms of this Enterprise Agreement enterprise agreement and any applicable Workplace Flexibility Agreementworkplace flexibility agreement. 2.2.6 Existing conditions of employment applying to a party not being reduced, subject to the terms of this Enterprise Agreement and any applicable Workplace Flexibility Agreement. 2.2.7 Applying the public sector principles and practices referred to in the Public Sector Act 2009 in a manner that encourages consistency of interpretation and application of an employment condition or entitlement so as to support the fair employment and management of employees. Having regard both to the similarity and variety of agencies and employees subject to this Enterprise Agreement, and the discretionary decision- making amongst agencies and employees, there is no obligation to apply to another agency nor employees in another agency, a process entitlement or practice that has been provided or adopted at the discretion of an agency or adopted by employees in another agency.

2.2.4 Employment security for employees bound by this Enterprise Agreement for 2.2.5 Encouraging agencies to consider whether the life engagement of this Enterprise Agreement;
2.2.5 Obtaining an apprentice may be appropriate when a vacancy arises or during the approval of the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia to this Enterprise Agreementrecruitment process; and
2.2.6 Existing conditions of employment applying to a party not being reduced, subject to the terms of this the Enterprise Agreement and any applicable Workplace Flexibility Agreement. 2.1.7 Continue To continue to apply to particular agencies terms as detailed in Appendix 23.
2.2 In making and applying this Enterprise Agreement, the parties are committed to:
2.2.1 The continued evolution of the SA public sector as a dynamic, productive and customer responsive entity;
2.2.2 Recognising that ongoing employment is the primary form of public sector employment;
2.2.3 Recognising that initiatives will continue to be introduced to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service and to enable the provision of quality services to government, the public and customers;
2.2.3 2.2.4 Working flexibly to meet customer service needs, working with changing technology, and achieving the requirements of public sector building, metal and engineering maintenance service and infrastructure outcomes;
2.2.5 Consultation in the development and implementation of public sector and agency based reform and change programs;
2.2.4 Employment security for employees bound by this Enterprise Agreement for 2.2.6 Encouraging agencies to consider whether the life engagement of this Enterprise Agreement;
2.2.5 Obtaining an apprentice may be appropriate when a vacancy arises or during the approval of the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia to this Enterprise Agreementrecruitment process; and
2.2.6 2.2.7 Existing conditions of employment applying to a party not being reduced, subject to the terms of this the Enterprise Agreement and any applicable Workplace Flexibility Agreement. 2.2.3 1.2.2.3 Consultation in the development and implementation of public sector and agency based reform and change programs;; Wording tidy up as a Redeployment, Retraining and Redundancy scheme is already in place. This clause now enables the improved RRR scheme as set out in clause 14 of this proposed draft agreement.
2.2.4 Employment security for employees bound by this Enterprise Agreement for 1.2.2.4 Implementing an improved Redeployment, Retraining and Redundancy scheme from the life date of approval of this Enterprise Agreement;.
2.2.5 1.2.2.5 Obtaining the approval of the Industrial Relations Commission of South Australia to this Enterprise Agreement; and
2.2.6 1.2.2.6 Existing conditions of employment applying to a party not being reduced, subject to the terms of this Enterprise Agreement and any applicable Workplace Flexibility Agreement. 1.3.1.1 Having regard both to the similarity and variety of agencies and employees subject to this Enterprise Agreement, and the discretionary decision-making amongst agencies and employees, there is no obligation to apply to another agency nor employees in another agency, a process, entitlement or practice that has been provided or adopted at the discretion of an agency or adopted by employees in another agency.
