Common use of OBJECTS Clause in Contracts

OBJECTS. The objects of this Agreement are to stabilize the Construction Industry; provide fair and reasonable working conditions and job security for employees in the industry; promote harmonious employment relationships between Employers and employees, provide mutually agreed methods of resolving disputes and grievances arising out of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, prevent strikes and lockouts, enable the skills of both Employers and employees to operate to the end that waste and avoidable and unnecessary expense and delays are prevented; promote good public relations. For the purposes of this Agreement, the masculine shall be considered to include the feminine and the singular to include the plural.

(a) The objects of this Agreement are to stabilize maintain a harmonious relationship between the Construction Industry; provide fair Company and reasonable working conditions and job security for employees in the industry; promote harmonious employment relationships between Employers and its employees, to provide an amicable and equitable method of settling grievances or differences which might possibly arise; to maintain mutually agreed methods of resolving disputes satisfactory working conditions, hours and grievances arising out of wages for all employees who are subject to the terms and conditions provisions of this Agreement, prevent strikes . (b) The purpose of this Agreement is to establish conditions which result in quality services. The parties to this Agreement are committed to customer service and lockouts, enable the skills success of both Employers and employees to operate to the end that waste and avoidable and unnecessary expense and delays are prevented; promote good public relations.
