Obligation of Subrecipient Funds. Sub-award funds shall not under any circumstances be obligated prior to the effective date or subsequent to the termination date of the period of performance. Only project costs incurred on or after the effective date and on or prior to the termination date of the Subrecipient’s project is eligible for reimbursement. All payments must be completed within thirty (30) days of the end of the sub-award period of performance.

  • Recipient Obligations 2.1 The Recipient agrees to support the Project in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Recipient’s Insurance The Recipient represents, warrants, and covenants that it has, and will maintain, at its own cost and expense, with insurers having a secure A.M. Best rating of B+ or greater, or the equivalent, all the necessary and appropriate insurance that a prudent person carrying out a project similar to the Project would maintain, including commercial general liability insurance on an occurrence basis for third party bodily injury, personal injury, and property damage, to an inclusive limit of not less than the amount provided for in Schedule “B” per occurrence. The insurance policy will include the following:

  • SERVICE PROVIDER’S OBLIGATIONS 3.1 The Service Provider shall perform its obligations under this Agreement in a reasonable and timely manner in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Information Obligations You will provide information or other materials related to Your Content that we reasonably request to verify your compliance with the DSA. If you become aware of any of the following actual or potential events you shall promptly provide us with reasonable information and assistance regarding their mitigation and resolution: (i) unauthorized use of your Account; (ii) loss or theft of your Account information; (iii) circumstances or incidents affecting the security of the Platform or Services; or (iv) measures by authorities or court decisions specifically relating to your use of Services or the Platform which may affect the Platform or the Services.
