Obligation of Subrecipient Funds. Sub-award funds shall not under any circumstances be obligated prior to the effective date or subsequent to the termination date of the period of performance. Only project costs incurred on or after the effective date and on or prior to the termination date of the Subrecipient’s project is eligible for reimbursement. All payments must be completed within thirty (30) days of the end of the sub-award period of performance.

  • Selection of Subcontractors Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment: The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract. a.
