Obligation of Unit I member. Unit I members are obligated to notify the Board immediately in writing of any change in the conditions upon which the leave was granted and to be available for reassignment. Failure to accept reassignment to a position in the field in which they were assigned or for which they are certificated, failure to notify the Board of a change in conditions upon which the leave was granted, or falsification of information in the request for leave, will result in cancellation of the leave and termination of the contract.
