Obligation To Comply with State Regulations. The Parties shall comply with any and all Federal, State, County and local laws, rules, regulations, statutes, ordinances, permits, resolutions, judgments, orders, decrees, directives, interpretations, standards, licenses, approvals, and similarly binding authority, applicable to the Development, or the performance by the Parties of l l 7129106.v2 their respective obligations or the exercise by the Parties oftheir respective rights in connection with this Agreement.

  • Failure to comply with directions If the Train Operator fails to comply with any directions given under paragraph 4.1, Network Rail shall be entitled to remove from the Network or Stable any Specified Equipment left on the Network or to instruct a third party to do so and any reasonable costs incurred by Network Rail in taking such steps shall be paid promptly by the Train Operator.
