OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY. The First Party shall, for its exclusive account, timely, properly and adequately perform the following:
OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY. 7.1 The First Party shall provide to BECIL relevant technical information to enable BECIL to interface the Program Links and the Transmitter to the Common Transmission Infrastructure.
7.2 The First Party confirms that the procurement, installation and commissioning of the Transmitter and the Program Links shall be its responsibility.
7.3 The First Party shall obtain and provide a copy to BECIL of the frequency allocation and SACFA clearance from WPC Wing, Ministry of Communications & IT, as early as possible.
7.4 The First Party shall be obliged to allow BECIL to inspect the CTI at such times after completion of the project and during the entire period of Permission as may be necessary to ensure compliance with this agreement.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY. Mr. Mubarak -------------------------------------------
3.1 Mr. Mubarak shall, for the duratxxx xx xxxx Agreement and for the operation of City Mix, advise and assist the Second Party on all matters pertaining to the Federal and Abu Dhabi Authorities.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY. 1. The terms of this M.O.U. shall commence from 01/03/2018 and shall continue for a period of 3 (Three) years, unless terminated in accordance of the provisions of this M.O.U.
2. The first party agrees to give a fix amount of 40 % of sales after 20% customer discount calculated on Monthly basis in lieu operate/ administrate the exclusive outlet of the first party, subject to the conditions provided hereafter in this M.O.U. for sale of goods / products of the brand “Protonze” or any other Brand of the company incurred at the above said premises.
3. The first party will pay for fixed expenses or commission amount on or before Last Date of every month, subject of receipt of total sales proceeds amount and credit cards sales settlement amounts (which second party sending on daily basis), which must be tallied with total sale of the month and all credit cards settlements slips of the said month to the first party.
4. The first party shall supply its products on consignment basis to the second party from time to time based on sales forecast made jointly by the second party and the company’s representatives, subject to the availability of stocks with the company.
5. Goods on consignment would remain the property of the first party at all the times and will have the lien and full rights to transfer it. Any where, as and when required without any interference of the second party.
6. The first party agrees, that upon cancelling of this agreement, to refund the amount of security deposit after deducting all dues and outstanding of second party.
7. All the expenses relating to store operations as :
(i) Store monthly rent
(ii) Staff salary (iii) Electricity, water, maintenance, tea and telephone etc.
(iv) Alternation Charges
(v) Advertisement and branding charges.
(vi) POS Machine.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY. The First Party agrees to provide afterschool childcare services for children in kindergarten through eighth grade at the following site(s): • Listing of Sites/Schools
OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY i. The “FIRST PARTY” shall provide necessary information required by the “SECOND PARTY”, for the conduct of the program, like details and qualification of the students etc.
ii. Provide all required information related to the students that could enable the SECOND PARTY to discharge their duties smoothly.
iii. Provide all support to the program coordinator of the Second Party, who would oversee the implementation of the program.
iv. Appoint a full-time co-ordinator for the faculty and officials of the SECOND PARTY to communicate with for the smooth conduct of the program.
v. To ensure that discipline is maintained at all times during the program by the students recommended by First Party at the premises of the Second Party.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY. 4.1 Ensure preparedness of the facility when necessary as per GoI guidelines.
4.2 Mobilize client at the facility
4.3 Ensure availability of patient transportation in case of referral
4.4 Ensure patients are informed and counselled on the services being delivered
4.5 Arrange for post-operative care and stay for the patient
4.6 Arrange additional logistics as required for smooth functioning if activities including arrangement of extra mattresses, drinking water, antibiotics, etc.
4.7 Ensure incentives are paid to the beneficiaries, motivators and private service providers as applicable
4.8 The payment will be done by MOIC to both beneficiaries, motivators and private service provider after the discharge of all the beneficiaries, on the very day of discharge.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY. As stated in the Annexure-A and as per Para 2and 10 of this MOU.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE FIRST PARTY a. Prepare documents related to management requirements according to SNI requirements or equivalent.
b. Control all laboratory accreditation documents.
c. Helping to prepare the registration documents for accreditation.
d. Helping with registering accreditation.
e. Carrying out laboratory accreditation assessment and surveillance.
f. Conduct internal audits.
g. Review management.
h. Carry out the accreditation laboratory administrative obligations towards KAN.
