Obligations relating to information. Without prejudice to the provisions of Applicable Laws and this Contract, upon receiving a notice from the Authority for any information that it may reasonably require or that it considers may be necessary to enable it to perform any of its functions, the Contractor shall provide such information to the Contractor forthwith and in the manner and form required by the Authority. After receiving a notice from the Authority for reasoned comments on the accuracy and text of any information relating to the Contractor’s activities under or pursuant to this Contract which the Authority proposes to publish, the Contractor shall provide such comments to the Authority in the manner and form required by the Authority.
