Obligations relating to Taxes. The Concessionaire shall pay, at all times during the subsistence of this Agreement, all Taxes, fees, levies, duties, cesses and all other statutory charges payable in respect of the Resort and Project Infrastructure. Provided, however, that all payments made by the Concessionaire with respect to GST levied on or in respect of any services provided by the Concessionaire to the Authority for and in respect of the Resort and the Project Infrastructure shall be paid by the Authority upon receipt of particulars thereof.
