Obligations Surviving Termination. Upon termination pursuant to Sections 5.2 or 5.3, the obligations of each Party to the other shall cease except, subject to Section 6.1, the obligations set forth in Sections 3, 4 and 9 shall continue in full force and effect until completely discharged.
