OBLIGATIONS TO CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS. Except as set forth in Section 3.1.28 of the OncoGenex Disclosure Schedule, there are no outstanding consulting contracts or other maintenance obligations with or to customers or other users of the Products and services of OncoGenex or any of its Subsidiaries, and neither OncoGenex nor any of its Subsidiaries is required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transactions with any customers, contractors, users or suppliers, whether or not in the ordinary course of its business.
OBLIGATIONS TO CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS. Except as set forth in Section 3.2.27 of the Sonus Disclosure Schedule, there are no outstanding consulting contracts or other maintenance obligations with or to customers or other users of the Products and services of Sonus or any of its Subsidiaries, and neither Sonus nor any of its Subsidiaries is required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transactions with any customers, users or suppliers, whether or not in the ordinary course of its business.
OBLIGATIONS TO CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS. Except as set forth and described in Schedule 5.1.23 or as otherwise provided for pursuant to the SALE OF GOODS ACT (Ontario) and corresponding legislation in other jurisdictions where the products of the Corporation and Subsidiaries are sold, there are no outstanding warranties, repair contracts or other maintenance obligations with or to customers or other users of the products of the Corporation and the Subsidiaries.

Except as set forth in the Disclosure Schedule, there are no outstanding warranties, consulting contracts or other maintenance obligations with or to customers or other users of the products and services of the Corporation and the Corporation is not required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transactions with any of its customers or suppliers, whether or not in the ordinary course of the Business. The Disclosure Schedule sets forth full details with respect to any side letters or other written or oral commitments to customers which are not contained in the applicable customer contract.
OBLIGATIONS TO CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS. There are no outstanding warranties or other similar obligations with or to customers of the Business or to any other users of the inventory of the Business, except warranties disclosed in Schedule 4.1(q) which have arisen in the Ordinary Course of the Business. No Vendor is required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transactions with any of its customers or suppliers. In the six months prior to the date hereof, no material customer of the Vendors has terminated or communicated to any of the Vendor Parties the intention or threat to terminate its relationship with the Vendors, or the intention to substantially reduce the quantity of products or services it purchases from the Vendors.
OBLIGATIONS TO CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS. The Corporation is not required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transactions with any of its customers or suppliers in the ordinary course of the Business.

Except as set forth in Section 3.1.28 of the Target Disclosure Schedule, there are no outstanding consulting contracts or other maintenance obligations with or to customers or other users of the Products and services of Target (including all persons who receive Products in "beta" form) and Target is not required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transactions with any customers, users or suppliers, whether or not in the ordinary course of its business. Section 3.1.28 of the Target Disclosure Schedule sets forth full details of any and all side letters or other written or oral commitments to customers which are not contained in the applicable customer contract and which are material to such contract.

Except as described in Schedule 9 hereto, there are no outstanding warranties, repair contracts or other maintenance obligations with or to customers of the Corporations or to any other users of the products of the Corporations. The Corporations are not required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transactions with any of its customers or suppliers in the Ordinary Course of the Business. The standard term water cooler rental agreements used by the Corporations are attached as Schedule 9.

Except as set forth in the Abatis Disclosure Schedule, there are no outstanding consulting contracts or other maintenance obligations with or to customers or other users of the Products and services of Abatis and Abatis is not required to provide any bonding or other financial security arrangements in connection with any transactions with any of its customers or suppliers, whether or not in the ordinary course of its business. The Abatis Disclosure Schedule sets forth full details of any and all side letters or other written or oral commitments to customers which are not contained in the applicable customer contract and which are material to such contract.
