Obligations upon Expiration or Termination of the Agreement. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, the receiving Party shall: (i) return to the disclosing Party all Confidential Information of the disclosing Party and all copies thereof, regardless of its form; and (ii) destroy any Confidential Information of the disclosing Party that cannot be returned.
