OBSERVANCE OF DAILY TIME SCHEDULE. The following procedure shall be used by school district administration for enforcement of the daily time schedule: Chronic Offender - is defined as a unit member who is consistently late, according to the adopted time schedule, five (5) or more minutes at least two (2) or three (3) times per week for a period of (2) weeks. This definition of chronic lateness will be used in the appropriate section of the evaluation procedures to determine punctuality.
