Observation of Unit Members. 11.2.1 Department/area chairpersons shall observe a unit member at the request of the affected unit member, the department/area chairperson, or the principal on an as needed basis. When necessary, the principal shall make the final determination as to which observations are needed after consultation with the affected unit member and/or department/area chairperson.
